I think I'm gonna revamp my own tumblr page and start targetting that part as well. The more I think about it, the better idea it sounds. Great idea, Ani.

I did some searching and found a site where we could sell tshirts through without all the hassle, only catch is that we would need to sell 14+ shirts at $15.00 for it to work. The more shirts we sold, the cheaper we could sell them... but we don't think there are that many people on here that would buy a shirt. I'd probably buy 2 myself.

But Etsy charges you to have a shop. Plus same business rules still apply, make x amount (I believe its 5,000 a year) and you need to have a business licence and you'll get taxed.

Well, we could have an Etsy specifically for our merch. Everything would basically be handmade, so it should be fine. I figured that would be our best route.

Only problem with merchandise is that we then have to make up a type of business and claim profits made for tax purposes. Especially if we start making any amount.

If you are really going to do merchandise, mugs would be cool too. I mean, who would suspect too much on a mug, filled with coffee most likely, saying 'Welcome to Paradise'. Hell, I would buy that to remind my friend to get on when she is drinking her morning coffee. XD But other than that I can't think of what to do to better the site itself. We change the background and the banner so that isn't a problem. And the site is easy to go through... I could try helping by making a post on Tumblr. People RP there all the time, so it might be easier if they came over here, you know?

Hey guys, I'm looking for some ideas on how we can make the forum better. Activity is dropping immensely and we need to kick up our game. I need anything that will help us bring in more members, as well as to better accommodate our current ever-loyal members. I was thinking about trying to make some merchandise to sell so that we could use the money towards bettering the site and advertising it. Let me know what you would like to see as far as that goes. I was thinking T-shirts that say "Welcome to Paradise" and the site's name/link would be included somewhere on the shirt as well. I'm looking for ideas for items that will be discreet in case people don't exactly want to flaunt the fact that they roleplay mansex, but still wish to support the site.
Contests might also be an option, but I have to run all ideas by Nicky before any official decisions are made. Anyway, toss me creative and fun ideas that you think might better our site. <3
